I know I wasn’t the only one who used to eat Nutter Butter, right?! (I even used to store mine in the freezer for extra crunch!)

This peanut butter balls recipe has the same flavors peeking through, without any of the modified or sugary ingredients that would be harmful to your health.

They are simple to make, store well, and are a great snack to pack for the on-the-go type of days. The natural protein found in peanut butter, quinoa, and pumpkin seeds combined with the healthy fats in coconut oil and coconut butter are sure to keep you satiated and feeling content!

Energizing Nutta Butta Bites Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

Makes approximately 23 peanut butter balls

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir it up!

If you like less texture, blend up the quinoa flakes and pumpkin seeds in a food processor/blender until they are more finely chopped.

Once combined, take the mixture and roll into 1.5 inch peanut butter balls.

I store them in a glass container in the fridge and they make the perfect snack for pre- or post-workout, to add into kids’ lunches, or snacks on the go!
