We'll begin by building a strong foundation, so we'll start with warm-ups, stretches, and alignment-based exercises.

Shoulder Work

Using the Wall

Now let's use the wall to get upside down! This video breaks down different strengthening and alignment techniques to get you comfortable upside down.

Moving Off the Wall

10 Minutes

It's time to face your fears and get off the wall. In this class, we will learn to kick up without the wall, along with how to fall without getting injured.

Handstand Flow

9 Minutes

Once you feel comfortable playing with your handstand, let's practice using it in a vinyasa flow.
