From the occasional yogi to the yogi that practices every day, yoga will inevitably start to impact your daily life. Yoga becomes a central part of your existence, and quickly reaches beyond the mat into all areas of your life. The best part? You welcome the influence of your yoga obsession with open (and strong) arms.

Here are 15 signs you are officially obsessed with yoga:

1. Regardless of your morning routine, your day doesn’t officially begin until you’ve done your first sun salutation.
 

 
2. You start scheduling your “laundry days” around your yoga classes so that you will always have a clean outfit and a fresh towel on your mat.
 
3. Your Google calendar is used more to keep track of your yoga schedule than your social calendar.
 
4. You catch yourself checking your alignment any time you are sitting down: while driving your car, at your desk at work, at the dinner table, etc.
 

 
5. You eagerly await your daily tea time when you can open up your Yogi Tea bag and read the inspirational message on the teabag. Today, mine was “The purpose of life is to enjoy every moment.”
 
6. You follow mostly yogis on Instagram, and your Facebook newsfeed is full of posts from yoga magazines and companies.
 

 

 
7. Any time you go shopping, you head straight to the active wear section because you can never have too many pairs of yoga pants.
 
8. You have at least one yoga-related bumper sticker on your vehicle. Perhaps any of the following: “Love > Fear” or “Namaste” or COEXIST.
 
9. When you finally nail a new position in class, you can’t wait to share the news with all your friends…even those that don’t know what crow pose is.
 

 
10. The ponytail has become your go-to hairstyle so you can fit in a 6:00am yoga class before work. You have mastered the art of not washing your hair after class…
 
11. Instead of a fridge full of beer, your fridge is now stocked with an assortment of electrolyte water and coconut water so you can rehydrate and replenish after yoga.
 
12. Your magazine subscriptions have changed from Cosmopolitan and InStyle to Yoga Magazine and Yoga Journal.
 
13. You find yourself constantly daydreaming about having a job that allows you to wear yoga pants everyday.
 

 
14. Yoga is officially the best reward and most effective method of unwinding. You choose downward dog over a glass of wine any day.
 
15. You look in the mirror and you like what you see. You feel capable, confident, and empowered in your body and in your life. You are a yogi and proud!!!
