  3. Suddenly, you don’t give a sh*t about petty things anymore
  4. Your yoga fam adopts you and you have no idea what you would do without them
  5. You gain a fourth option in the “Fight, Flight, or Freeze” scenario: “Think.”
  6. You learn how to observe rather than react . . . no more putting your foot in your mouth!
  7. Your lungs actually learn to accommodate a bigger breath with pranayama
  8. Yoga chills you the f*ck out by lowering your resting heart rate over time
  9. You’ll gain a much stronger balance, which reduces the chance of injury when you trip over a crack in the sidewalk
  10. Standing tall in Mountain Pose will give you confidence you never knew you had
  11. You’ll become unf*ckablewith
  12. Yoga will give you a deeper connection to your body and tune you in to what it needs – and many times that translates more mindful eating
  13. You’ll sleep better!
