But sometimes, we need some fresh new coffee ideas to keep things interesting. So, if you’re looking for a way to spice up your daily coffee grind, there are plenty of ways to liven things up in that kitchen of yours!

1. Add a Little Coconut Oil

Who doesn’t love finding new and inventive ways to use coconut oil?

Add it to your morning coffee to boost your metabolism, improve digestion, maintain blood sugar, increase ketone levels known to improve cognitive function, and create a feeling of fullness that inhibits overeating during the day.
