If you’re looking for a light and healthy idea for pasta sauce look no further. No need for a fancy blender or food processor here.
What you need:

1. Fresh organic tomatoes
2. Olive oil
3. Salt and Pepper
Want to spice it up?

Add a pinch of cayenne pepper and a clove of roasted garlic (simmer gently in olive oil before adding to the sauce). YUM!
