What are the greatest life lessons you’ve ever learned? What, in all your years of existence, has been your greatest takeaway, “ah-ha moment,” or epiphany?
Have you heard the adage about the young child who cries when he drops his blankie because in his young life, that’s the worst thing that’s ever happened to him? As he grows up, it takes greater and greater challenges to upset him the same way.

As we get older and experience more things, overcome challenges – and take on more of them – we learn, mature, grow and evolve.
Wisdom is like fine wine – it gets better with age. How many of us have looked up to our grandparents, or the elders in our community for their incredible wisdom, mesmerizing stories, and comforting words?
Personally, I have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with my grandparents throughout the years. They’ve been my greatest resource for inspiration, hope, support, and also guidance.
