Laruga Glaser has been practicing yoga since 1996, and began practicing Ashtanga Yoga two years later. She has over 20 years of teaching experience, and currently heads the Mysore program in Stockholm.
 
 

 
She believes that Ashtanga is for all levels of yogis, and loves to teach those that are passionate and eager about their practice. Glaser also teaches workshops and retreats internationally, and has classes online.
