While it’s probably a tad rich for every single day (if you’re trying to keep your calories and/or fat on the lower side), organic coconut oil, spices, and almond or coconut milk are healthier and far less processed than anything in a store-bought latte.

Skip the coffee shop and save the hassle and dollars, and enjoy this luxurious-tasting treat for a fraction of the time, money, and calories.

Here’s Your Delicious, Guilt-Free DIY Latte Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh brewed hot coffee
  • 1-2 tsp. of virgin, organic (if possible) cold-pressed coconut oil
  • Splash of your favorite non-dairy milk
  • Your favorite natural sweetener, if you desire
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon
  • Sprinkle of ground turmeric, optional

 

 
 

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender or single-serving bullet blender and blend for approximately 10 seconds (until frothy). Pour into a mug and enjoy!
