About the Instructor

Leah is a 500hr RYT yoga instructor, writer and world traveler. She loves the pure dichotomy of yoga: the stark contrast between strength and power compared to grace and surrender. Leah teaches workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher trainings around the world.
