Colorado loves yoga, and yoga loves Colorado. There is a beautiful yoga community in the Centennial State, and you can find a yoga class just about anywhere. Specifically in Denver, the yoga community does an amazing job bringing yogis together all over the city to continue to build community and support through a range of great local events.

Here are 9 must-attend yoga events in the Denver area:

Yoga Rocks the Park Denver

This is a FREE outdoor event that occurs on select Sundays beginning in the spring and continuing through the fall. Each class is taught by an instructor from a local studio with live music from area DJs as well as a guided meditation before class.
Register online before the event to be entered to win prizes from local vendors. And since this event is all about community, donations are accepted and will be given to the Food Bank of the Rockies. After the event, hang with your “omies” and enjoy the Vendor Village along with three free mini-workshops on various health and wellness topics. If you have kids who’d like to participate, Radiant Beginnings Yoga offers a Kids Camp during the event as well.
When: Sundays beginning in the spring and continuing through the fall
Where: Sunken Gardens Park
But wait, there’s more! The August 21 event is sponsored by, and we’d love to see you there!
