The Best Type of Yoga For You Based On Your Zodiac Sign

We know that our zodiac sign can reveal the deep desires and motivations in our lives and relationships. Our sun sign shows who we are at the core of our personality, which helps us notice our behaviors and what we are naturally drawn to.

Understanding our personality traits and needs can also help reveal what type of yoga we will enjoy most. So – what is the style or discipline of yoga you should practice according to your zodiac sign? Read on!

Here’s What Your Zodiac Sign Says About the Best Type of Yoga For You:

1. Aries (March 21- April 19)

Hot Yoga
Hot yoga classes set the room temperature between 85 degrees and 105 degrees. The high heat helps to sweat out toxins, add intensity, build strength and gain flexibility in your yoga practice.

Aries the Ram is a fire sign known for its energetic and bold personality. Aries loves a challenge, and has a will of steel. They will love the intensity of hot yoga and will feel accomplished after sweating buckets on their mat.
