Lesson 1 - Sun Salutations

Begin your practice by warming up the body with sun salutations and core work to build heat.

Lesson 2 - Breaking Down Common Poses

12 Minutes

Explore 5 common yoga poses you find in a Vinyasa flow class. We talk alignment and explore creative variations to increase flexibility and range of motion.

Lesson 3 - Core Body

19 Minutes

A strong core is more than 6-pack abs. This class goes deep to hit all parts of the cylindrical core body to tone, build strength, and empower your poses.

Lesson 4 - Lower Body

22 Minutes

This class is all about strengthening the lower body. You will focus on the hips, glutes, hamstrings, and quads in challenging, creative ways.

Lesson 5 - Upper Body

13 Minutes

We will target the shoulders, biceps, triceps, and chest. We will work on range of motion, mobility, and strength training.

Lesson 6 - Full Body Flow

23 Minutes

Now it's time to put it all together in a dynamic Vinyasa flow sequence. Have fun and build some serious strength.
