As we all know, yoga is one of the most beneficial mind and body practices you can give yourself. Sex, like yoga, is an extremely natural yet sacred thing that happens to the mind, body and heart. Sex and yoga alone are a total body workout, so combining the two seems to just make sense.

Side note, you do not need to be a yogi master or even a yoga student to take these yoga poses to the bedroom. . . or counter-top, wherever you both prefer that day!
Here are 5 yoga poses that double as sex positions for an out-of-this-world experience:
Sex/Yoga Pose Description: Lay on your back, and placing your feet hip-width apart, begin to lift the seat off the mat (or bed) until your knees are in line with your hips. Draw your shoulder blades together, keeping them on the ground while interlacing your fingers beneath the hips.
Body Benefit: Bridge pose not only stretches the hip flexors, but it tones the vagina because you are squeezing the pelvic floor (same effect as doing kegels), not to mention improving orgasms. Yes please!
Sex/Yoga Pose Description: Go into a table-top position – wrists in line with shoulders and knees in line with your hips. As your partner is inside you, move between Cat (rounding your spine as you squeeze your squeeze your buttox and thighs together) and Cow (releasing the belly as you send the crown of your head and tailbone to the sky).
