Grip

B Yoga has adapted a unique type of rubber material, specially tested and innovated to create a mat that is highly grippy but also versatile in its traction. When you first step onto the Traveller Mat, the bottoms of your feet feel rooted – the rubber grips your skin while also absorbing your weight – and the result is a practice that feels safe, secure, and enjoyable.

 
We also tested this for hot yoga, and even when you get sweaty, the rubber still provides you traction without the need for a towel (of course, if you sweat a lot, a towel is always useful).
 
If you’ve ever slipped on your mat during your practice, you’ll know that this is not only startling and dangerous, but also distracting. Comfort comes in trusting that you’ll stay in place for a safe and focused practice. The Traveller Mat is made from 100% rubber, so the traction will last the life of your mat.

Comfort

To us, there are several elements that comprise comfort in a yoga mat. First, how much cushioning the mat provides your body, and particularly your joints. B Yoga’s Traveller Mat is designed to be lightweight and ideal for travel. It is 2mm thick and designed with their signature High Density Cushion. This cushion provides versatility for where you choose to practice, so even on harder surfaces, this travel mat will deliver comfort.
 
Comfort also encompasses upkeep, because if the mat is a pain to maintain, you’ll be less likely to use it! Simply clean your mat by wiping it down with warm water and soap, or a half water, half lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar) blend.

If you’re looking for convenience, good news! You can also pop it into the washing machine on a gentle cycle, and you can even put it in the dryer (or air dry if you prefer).

Lightweight
