This universal law is based on vibrational frequencies because every single living being is vibrating at a particular frequency. This frequency determines the people, places and things that you attract, because nothing happens by coincidence . . .
You attract what you emit – what you put out is what you’re going to get back. This is the law of attraction.
Ever heard the saying that your vibe attracts your tribe? The law of attraction states that you attract what you are, what you think, and what you feel. These thoughts and feelings inside of us determine our frequency that we’re putting out.
Your vibe attracts your tribe.
Therefore, if we want to attract peace and abundance to us, we must first make this our natural state. Once we embody that which we seek on the inside, we will see this reflected on the outside. This article offers helpful guidelines to activate the law of attraction and put it to work in your life.
Here are 5 tips to help you activate the law of attraction and manifest your highest potential:
1. Set Your Intention
The first step in activating the law of attraction is to set a powerful intention. Your intention will become the theme of everything you seek to attract.
If peace is what you seek, make this clear in your mind and visualize yourself in a state of peace and serenity. Then, carry this intention of peace with you in everything you do. When you use the law of attraction, intention is extremely important to manifest, because it determines the nature of the things you attract. Make sure this intention is as strong as possible and comes from an authentic place . . . more on that later.
2. Maintain a Clear Vision
When you activate the law of attraction, be sure you maintain a clear vision of what you seek to manifest. Your intention from #1 will be a good guideline, and now you need to get as detailed and specific as possible in your vision.
For much of my early life, I had trouble manifesting my visions of the future because my mind was clouded with stress, anxiety and fear. These same feelings are what holds many people back from fully stepping into their power and activating the law of attraction.
This is where clarity comes in. Focus your mental vision on the essence of what it is you want to manifest. If it is peace that you seek, build a vision of peace and get detailed on how that peace will look and feel like in your life.
Maintaining focus on the details of your vision is key. The mind is incredibly powerful, so the more detailed you can get, the more potent your ability to attract + manifest will become.
3. Remain Authentic
Once you’ve set your intention and have become as clear and detailed as possible in your vision, it’s time to check in with your authentic needs and desires. Any motives or desires that do not come from an authentic place will be much harder to manifest, since the clarity of the vision can become clouded by outside influences.
Once we embody that which we seek on the inside, we will see this reflected on the outside.
If your goal behind manifesting more money is in an effort to ‘keep up with the Joneses,’ this is more of an ego-driven pursuit than a positive intention. Compare that to manifesting more abundance in your life so you can focus on a career you love instead of a job you’re reliant on to pay the bills.
4. Consider Your Environment
Your external environment reflects the conditions of your internal environment. Everything that happens to us on the outside reflects what we are feeling and thinking on the inside. Be aware of how your environment is affecting your ability to manifest – is it in alignment with your intention, or do your surroundings detract from it?

It’s important to consider your environment when manifesting, because being conscious of your surroundings helps you keep track of whether or not you’re embodying the state of mind that aligns with what you are seeking to attract. It’s often said that 10% of life is what happens to us, and the remaining 90% is how we react. It’s not so much about what happens to us, but how we choose to deal with it. The way in which we perceive and interpret everything in our lives plays a huge role in our ability (or lack thereof) to attract + manifest.
For example, I was unable to manifest inner peace for many years because I refused to allow myself to view my experiences in any way other than negatively. When you change your perception of the things in your life, you also change what you attract. I started to see that there was peace to be found within every single experience, and this is when I started to manifest the peace inside me.
These are guidelines intended to help you to manifest that which you seek, but please keep in mind that manifestations do not materialize overnight. Ready for a bonus tip?
